Friday, November 16th, 2012. New York City – “The 3rd Annual Night of the Arts” at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans Community Center was a great success.
All artists were excellent. I loved the red wine and the chocolate cupcakes!
Thanks to Miss Cortney James, Armando Chavez and Scott Walsh for inviting me to exhibit some of my photography work. I also want to thank people who chose two of my photographs for the art show.

Athena Reich is an Award Winning Singer/Songwriter, Actress, TV Personality, Lady Gaga Impersonator and music and acting coach. An original talent you will never forget.
Charly Joaquin Dominguez
Charly is a Visual and Performance Artist of Afro-Dominican descent, and born in Harlem, NY. He was raised in New York City, He have worked in many areas of the arts, but He is best known for documenting issues of Afro-Caribbean/Afro-modernist spirituality, sexuality, gender identity, poverty, and mental health through mixed-media paintings, installations, poetry, and performance art.
Jenri Gonzalez
Hailing from Long Island New york, Jenri Gonzalez emerged on the art scene Back In 2007.
Having had his art work shown at various venues around the New York area these shows include Fort Totten In queens, The art League Of Long Island In Dix Hills, The Suffolk space and the Bowery Poetry club In Manhattan and The L4 Black Door In Soho.
Jenri Gonzalez paints about His life experiences ranging from His difficult childhood Living in Poverty and former flames Homelessness.
Lovari-Lovari
Lovari- Lovari was born in Queens NY.
He is an award winning recording artist/SAG/AFTRA Actor. Brand new album NO HOLDING BACK released June 2012.
Previous album “The Statement”- 2010 Stonewall Society Award for Best Dance Album.
Directed film “Shore Thing”, Winner Best Suspense at NY International Film Fest.
Eden Sela
Eden is a singer, pianist, song writer and arranger living in Brooklyn . She is the youngest of seven children in a family of circus performers, philosophers, performance artists and musicians and has grown up between Mexico, Montreal and New York.
She has self released two albums: the first – Soft Rock
The second – Maria Lucia – is an electronic love letter about the endless cycle of failures and successes met while trying to be in love.
Eden is currently working on a third album, while developing and expaning her solo performance act.
Neal Equality
Neal was born in Colombia, South America. When He was merely a baby, was adopted by the two most generous and amazing people. He have lived in the New York City area for his entire life,
He have taken advantage of the culture and love soaking in all the arts and city life! He is the CEO AND FOUNDER of Broadway Sings for Pride.

Timothy Bouldry
Timothy has been photographing for 16 years. In his later career, he has taken a spiritual turn towards landscapes and portraits in Latin America and Sri Lanka.
In Timothy Photography, you will find rich and beautiful images of mountains, animals and people. During his travels he discovered a documentary storyline that he would follow since 2009, landfills.
Timothy has pointed most of his most recent work in the documentary of landfill activity and the people who live among it. He is most known for this lush, yet graphic and honest portrayal of waster pickers from Nicaragua and Venezuela.
Lesny JN Felix
Lesny is from Haiti. He is not the artist he wants you to think he is. The moniker combine formally opposes his straightforward, direct form of painting, which subscribes to a type of narratology and oral storytelling technique.
His life infuses his work and follows inspiration across mediums and genre to wherever it may lead. He is a bold path that requires grace, a sense of history and place, as well as self-awareness and vivacity. Look carefully at the work and you will see these qualities in every square inch.
Javier Soriano
Javier is an Indigenous photographer/journalist in NYC. “He uses photography to tell the stories of New York City”.
Starring Taylor
Starring is a Native American Indian Artist, Poet and Actor.
Taylor has been acting since he was 13 years old. His first sit down reading was at a Boys & Girls home in the mid-west.
He came to New York City when he was 18 and went to work at the American Indian Community House where he took all the free acting classes he could get.
He’s done all kinds of background work (recently The Good Wife , Royal Pains, Law and Order, SVU, Lights Out, How To Make It In America) done stunt work, been a stand in and a body double for some of today’s leading actors (The Brave One, The Other Guys, The Bounty Hunter, The Back Up Plan and this is only a few!).
Taylor, now a member of AFTRA and SAG says “I want to do so much more in this field…I love acting.”
Alina Oswald
Alina is a writer and photographer documenting the HIV/AIDS, LGBT and artist communities.
She specialize in covering dark, unconventional, inconvenient and taboo topics that populate our reality and imagination.
Her new books include VAMPIRE FANTASIES–a visual interpretation of the myths and beliefs surrounding vampires and human fascination with these creatures of darkness–and JOURNEYS THROUGH DARKNESS-
Mykel Dicus
Mykel is an Innovative Entertainer- He is proud to own a few first place awards from various talent competitions, especially making it to the celebrity judging round for America’s Got Talent Season 5.
Mykel says, “It would be impossible for me to give up my love for creating music, playing the piano, and hand-crafting my flags, because I love working with my hands.”

Jazmine Asha Hawkins
Jazmine is primarily a painter, known for doing big lipped characters, surrealism and even been labeled as an Afro-Futurist. She loves using bold colors and very exaggerated features.
