Saturday, August 12th, 2017. New York City – Today is National Garage Sale Day. I had these framed photographs in different art exhibitions. They need a home or an office or a place where they will be loved. I want to create more art and I need space. Some frames have almost unnoticeable scratches. If you are interested, send me a message.

For years, I have been covering events about marriage equality, “Stop and Frisk”, Immigration, Occupy Wall Street, Mexican/Latino community, Black community, Muslim community, Asian community, LGBTQ community, HIV/AIDS events, YoSoy132, International Workers Day/May Day, Indigenous community, Palestine, animal rights, Caribbean community, Ayotzinapa, Black Lives Matter, etc. I have thousands of pictures on my site and hundreds of videos on my Youtube channel.
In 2006, The New York Times published an article about my work in the Mexican/Latino community in New York City. La Voz de México, Diario de México USA, El Diario La Prensa NY, etc. have published articles about my work, too.

“Saturdays and Summertime are the perfect combinations for garage sales. That is why the second Saturday in August is designated National Garage Sale Day.
On this day, you will see people finding great deals at these neighborhood sales. For those having the sales, this is a way for them to find new homes for items they no longer need.
C. Daniel Rhodes of Alabama came up with the idea of having a National Garage Sale Day in 2001 after seeing neighbors having sales on different weekends. Rhodes thought it would be more convenient if they all had them on the same weekend.”_ NationalDayCalendar.com
