“Cuomo tried to exploit COVID-19 to cancel New York’s primary“
Taking advantage of a pandemic to undermine an election sounds like something a Republican would do — but sadly, it was the work of Governor Andrew Cuomo in New York.
That’s why Our Revolution, the New York Progressive Action Network, and other allies worked hard to ensure that Cuomo’s attempt to cancel the election failed.
Last week, we messaged you to say that we prevailed, but Cuomo appointees continued wasting resources with an appeal. Today, we are pleased to let you know that democracy prevailed: The Appellate Court ruled that the primary is on!

On Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with federal judge Analisa Torres who ruled that New York must have the Democratic presidential primary on June 23, 2020.
Corrupt centrist Democrats Andrew Cuomo, Letitia James, and other corrupt centrist Democrats lost in court for a second time. By not having an election, centrist Democrats were rigging the democratic presidential primary. Thanks to the judges, voters and democracy won.
Bernie Sanders supporters and people that support Medicare For All, can vote for Bernie Sanders.
