2020 Halloween in New York City (PHOTOS)

Saturday, October 31, 2020. Manhattan, New York City – Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Halloween Parade in Manhattan was cancelled this year. Some people still dressed in Halloween costumes.

COVID-19 will not stop people in The City That Never Sleeps (it is a nickname for New York City that was popularized by Frank Sinatra).

There was an event at the Tompkins Square Park. I took some pictures in the park and in other areas in Manhattan.

Shows in Tompkins Square Park and The Shadow said on Facebook, “With the exception of a few brave creative souls who have set up independently, we’ve all been robbed of shows in the park this year. So, on Halloween, we are putting on the biggest one of them all, as our final show for 2020.”
