“HAPPENING NOW: Protesters are gathering in Bryant Park to reject President Trump’s plan to ethnically cleanse Gaza and to demand an end to the escalation of Zionist terror across occupied Palestine.

Recent weeks have seen the IOF extend its genocidal campaign from Gaza to the West Bank, where at least 40,000 Palestinians have been forced from their homes and Zionist troops are roaming the streets firing on men, women and children. Meanwhile, Trump’s proposal to forcibly expel 2 million Palestinians from Gaza has thrown a clear light on the overall aim of the occupation: to empty the land of its rightful inhabitants and turn it into colonial real estate. The complicity of US imperialism and Zionist occupation has never been clearer – but the Palestinian people are not going anywhere. Gaza is not for sale!

The movement for Palestine will not be silent. Against the forces of racist and imperialist domination stand the masses of the people, united in struggle – and we will remain on the streets until Palestine achieves total liberation from Zionist oppression. Join us now!,” said the New York City Chapter of the Palestinian Youth Movement in front of the New York Public Library in Bryant Park.

“HANDS OFF PALESTINE! The people of New Yorker stand up against the Zionist terror campaign in the West Bank, brutalizing the innocent people of Palestine! In the face of the crimes of the U.S. and Israel, we will continue to resist and fight until we see a Palestine free of Zionist occupation!,” said The People’s Forum during the march.

“GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE! As Trump attempts to force his genocidal agenda on Gaza, we are here to say that Gaza is and always will be Palestinian land,” said the New York City Chapter of the Palestinian Youth Movement during the march.

“Protesters take to the streets in Times Square to protest the absurd proposition by Trump and the U.S. to “take over” Gaza! Gaza will never be for sale, the will of the Palestinian people will never be broken!,” said The People’s Forum during the march.

“Gaza will never be for sale! No amount of deals nor force can erase the resilience of the Palestinian people. Zionism will never outlast the will of the people of Gaza, the West Bank, and all of Palestine! Our movement and our solidarity will continue to fight for a free and liberated Palestine, from the river to the sea!” added The People’s Forum.

“HANDS OFF PALESTINE: This week president Trump announced his intent to ethnically cleanse 2 million Palestinians from Gaza, claiming he will turn it into a “US owned” real estate development. At the same time, the IOF has continued its brutal assault on the West Bank, in a terror campaign aimed at the residents of Jenin, Tulkarem, and Tubas, detonating over twenty buildings in the Jenin refugee camp in the largest single demolition operation in the West Bank since 1967.

It is clear that Israel and the US are intent on continuing their campaign of extermination and ethnic cleansing in Palestine – we refuse to let them commit war crimes and get away with it. Here in New York City, we will continue building our movement and taking to the streets until the total liberation of Palestine.

Just this morning, in a press conference with Jordan’s King Abdullah II, Donald Trump announced his intentions in plain and unequivocal terms: “We’re going to take it,” he said of Gaza. “We’re going to hold it.”

We are not going to let that happen.

Trump has given Israel the green light to sabotage the ceasefire deal and return to carpet bombing Gaza. He is pressing the Egyptian and Jordanian states to betray the will of their own people and collaborate with the forcible ethnic cleansing of Gaza.

The looming threats of ethnic cleansing and a return to war cannot go unchallenged. We must come together to refuse the continuation of these war crimes with our tax dollars. We are at a crucial juncture, and we must take to the streets like never before.

Join us on Saturday, February 15 at the Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza (near the Jordanian Mission) at 2 PM to stand with Palestine, to oppose Trump’s plan for Gaza, and to demand Jordan and Egypt reject the deal.
