After arriving on a commercial flight Thursday, November 6, 2025, Zohran Mamdani reflected on his win.
“I’m so happy to be here in Puerto Rico. And you know that question was asked of me of where I would go outside of the country, and I’m happy to be here at Somos,” Mamdani said.
Puerto Rico is not outside of the United States of America. Does Zohran Mamdani know that Puerto Rico is part of the United States?
“Two most straightforward ways to raise the revenue to fund our affordability agenda is by raising the personal income tax on New Yorkers who make $1 million or more by 2% and raising the state’s top corporate tax to match that of New Jersey,” Mamdani added.
Zionist New York state Governor Kathy Hochul remains opposed to raising income taxes (zionist Hochul supports giving our US tax dollars to the zionist, apartheid entity. She is against the BDS movement. Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani declared on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, that he has made the final decision to keep ZIONIST Jessica Tisch as NYPD commissioner. Many people that support Zohran are not happy about it.
“The Daily News reports that New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch had advance knowledge of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid on Oct. 21, (2025) which saw federal agents rounding up as many as nine street vendors and arresting people protesting their actions,” reported Jonathan Baldino on lavocedinewyork.com.
Lt. Gov. Antonio Delgado is challenging Gov. Kathy Hochul for her seat (Rep. Antonio Delgado (D-NY) certainly has Israel as his friend. The Israel lobby gave him a free trip to Israel at the start of this first term, and has been very kind to him ever since.).

On November 7, 2025, Zohran Mamdani received a rousing welcome at a mosque in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he prayed and addressed the community.
At the mosque in San Juan, there were pro-Palestine Puerto Ricans with the Palestinian flag. Perhaps some of those people are Palestinians living in Puerto Rico.
Zohran did not say anything about the Israel-USA HOLOCAUST against Indigenous Palestinians, but there were people supporting Gaza and all of Palestine.
“Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani visited Centro Islamico Del Caribe in San Juan to join in the mosque’s afternoon prayers and to distribute meals. He was joined by some of New York’s Muslim political power players: City Council Members Shahana Hanif and Yusef Salaam, state Sen. Robert Jackson, Assembly Member Charles Fall, New York Immigration Coalition President and CEO Murad Awawdeh and Ali Najmi, Mamdani’s attorney,” reported Sahalie Donaldson on www.cityandstateny.com.
“It was a Muslim brother, Malcolm X, who reminded us that sitting at the table does not make you a diner. You have to be eating some of what’s on that plate. And the time is now for every New Yorker … to be able to eat, to be able to feed their families,” Mamdani said at Centro Islamico Del Caribe in San Juan.
Zohran also said, “Puerto Rico no se vende” and “Nueva York no se vende.”
The zionist, terrorist entity does not respect the ceasefire agreement with the group Hamas in Gaza.
On November 10, 2025, Hamas said Israeli attacks had killed 271 people, over 90 percent of them civilians, and wounded 622 more since the ceasefire in Gaza took effect on October 10, 2025.
Israel has also been systematically destroying homes inside the so-called “yellow line”, a temporary withdrawal boundary agreed in the ceasefire in Gaza.
“Israel also continues to restrict aid deliveries to Gaza, violating one of the key terms of the ceasefire. Hamas said Israel had refused to allow at least 600 aid trucks daily, including 50 carrying fuel, despite the agreement,” reported Al Jazeera on November 10, 2025.
Puerto Ricans in New York City and in Puerto Rico have been marching in support of Gaza and all of Palestine.

Vieques, a small island off the eastern coast of Puerto Rico, is particularly linked to Palestine. The US Navy used it as a bombing range for decades, confining the population to a small slice of the island. In 2001, two years before Puerto Ricans finally kicked the US Navy out of the island, activists unfurled a banner I’ve been seeing again and again since October 7: “US bombs tested in Vieques dropped on Palestine.” Presently, Boricuas continue to lead pro-Palestine demonstrations on and off the island,” wrote Cris Seda Chabrier on September 19, 2024.
