“Tomorrow (November 17, 2025), the United States is pushing for a resolution at the UN Security Council that would effectively authorize an American occupation of Gaza, with total US-Israel control over governance in Gaza and the Strip’s future. This push is a threat to our people’s sovereignty and our cause, aimed at liquidating Palestinian agency and the struggle for liberation.

We will take to the streets tomorrow to make it clear that the people of conscience reject any US-Israeli occupation plan of Gaza. US-ISRAEL OUT OF PALESTINE!” says the New York City Chapter of the Palestinian Youth Movement on Instagram.

“ALL OUT FOR COURT SUPPORT: Pack the courts tomorrow, Monday, November 17th at 9:30 AM for Anna Owens and Wednesday, November 19th at 9:30 AM for Sarah Schaff. Both hearings will take place at 100 Centre Street in courtroom F. Sarah has requested that we not mobilize en masse until her next court date, but feel free to show up.

On July 31st, the facade of New York Times building—headquarters of propaganda for the U.S. war machine and Gaza genocide—was doused in blood red paint. “NYT LIES, GAZA DIES” spray-painted in white onto the exterior glass, leaflets left on the ground, spelling out the action’s rationale: “THE NYT IS AN ACTIVE ACCOMPLICE TO THE ONGOING GENOCIDE.”

Since then, two alleged actionists and a photographer had their homes raided and the full force of the New York State DA’s office deployed against them. All three will be appearing in court this week.

Anna Owens and Sarah Schaff are charged with felony criminal mischief for allegedly participating in this action. Photojournalist Alexa Wilkinson is charged with aggravated harassment with a hate crime enhancement for documenting its aftermath as a photojournalist and for posting the photographs on social media, alongside their own political speech and a link to a published political analysis of the Times’s institutional anti-Palestinian racism.

History has already absolved the actionists. It will not absolve the Times. We must support material interventions that seek to extract consequences from genocidaires and uplift those brave enough to escalate. We must stand with actionists and those accused of acting. What they stand accused of is not a crime; the real crime would be to not intervene in a genocidal apparatus.

Global Day of Action in solidarity with Colombia

“Get ready to mobilize MONDAY! We begin with supporting the Global Day of Action in solidarity with Colombia! This is called for by The Friends of The Hague group to show our gratitude & solidarity with President Petro & Colombia for standing up to U.S. Imperialist aggression, defending Venezuela, as well as cutting ties with Israel and working towards their Uniting for Peace Resolution. Their resolution is put together by trusted experts like Craig Mokhiber and calls for a UN Mandated Multinational protection force (made of nations not complicit in the genocide) to intervene to protect civilians, allow UN unrestricted aid in, sanction, impose arms embargo, war crimes tribunal and more to hold Israel accountable, permanently stop the genocide, and lead to true freedom for Palestine.

In addition, in light of news that the UN Security Council is meeting at 5pm this Monday we will then march and advocate at key UN missions calling for them to reject Trumps “Peace” Plan and the U.S.-France-UK proposal for a international stabilization force, which would still be under the authority of Israel and involve nations complicit in the genocide. We already see this ceasefire being violated daily by Israel, how are we trusting nations complicit in the genocide to bring peace and freedom to Palestinians? After advocating we will gather and protest at the U.S. mission at 4pm leading up to and during their meeting and scheduled vote.

Abolish ICE
