According to a member of the United Americas Movement, Colombians will have a rally in support of Senator Iván Cepeda, of the Historic Pact. Cepeda is a candidate for the presidency of Colombia for the 2026–2030 term and will face right-wing lawyer Abelardo de la Espriella in the runoff election on June 21, 2026. The vice-presidential candidate running alongside presidential hopeful Iván Cepeda is Indigenous leader and current senator Aída Quilcué. The President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, supports Iván Cepeda and Aída Quilcué. The rally will be in Queens, New York City, on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
The next court date for Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores, is scheduled for June 30, 2026.
The hearing will take place at noon before U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse in Manhattan, New York City.
Supporters of President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores will be in front of the courthouse to support them.

June 3rd, 2026 not only marks the five month anniversary of their abduction by the United States and the bombing campaign in Caracas, which took the lives of Venezuelans and Cubans alike, but it is also the International Day of Action in Solidarity with Cuba. Cities and countries around the world will hold demonstrations to show their solidarity with Cuba in this critical moment of heightened imperialist aggression, as the US threatens a military offensive against Cuba with the stated goal of regime change.
We denounce in the strongest terms this escalation of imperialist violence and, as people of conscience in the belly of the beast, we demand NO WAR ON CUBA!
