“On Wednesday, July 22 at 8am, we will be outside the courthouse at Baxter St and Worth St demanding the immediate release of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores, who were kidnapped in a U.S. terrorist attack against Venezuela on January 3rd.
The kidnapping of a sitting president made it clear: Venezuela’s sovereignty is under attack. Now the U.S. and the zionist entity are extending their claws deeper into the country, using earthquake relief as a Trojan horse for occupation and plunder.

The June 30, 2026, hearing for President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores has been delayed. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has postponed the proceeding to July 22, 2026. Federal prosecutors requested the delay citing logistical and secure transportation concerns for that specific date.
Initially scheduled for June 30, 2026, the hearing was delayed after federal prosecutors with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York requested a postponement to address logistical and security protocols. President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores remains hostages at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NYC.
