USA helped plan the terrorist attack in Chile on September 11, 1973.

The Bush administration seized on 9/11 to launch the so-called “War on Terror” — expanding mass surveillance, militarism, and state repression at home and abroad through the PATRIOT Act and the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.
From Bush to Obama, Biden, and Trump, DHS and ICE have not dismantled this machinery of repression — they have maintained and expanded it. But the deportation machine is not invincible. The experience of the Minnesota general strikes shows that when working people organize, shut down business as usual, and build an independent mass movement, we have the power to defeat ICE, the deportation machine, and the capitalist ruling class that depends on them.
