Pro-Palestine, anti-genocide New Yorkers gathered across from the zionist consulate (East 42 Street and 2nd Ave).
People from different organizations spoke in support of Palestinian prisoners. Muslims prayed outside the consulate of the zionist, apartheid, terrorist entity.
After the rally, peaceful protesters marched to the front of Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, Times Square, Herald Square, Empire State Building, Madison Square Park and Union Square, where they ended the protest.
Since 1974, Palestinian Prisoners Day, observed annually on April 17, is a national day of commemoration dedicated to the thousands and thousands of Palestinian HOSTAGES (prisoners) held in zionist concentration camps and a call for their freedom and rights.
On March 30, 2026, executing Palestinian HOSTAGES (prisoners) became official policy in the terrorist state of Israel.

Our prisoners are the compass of our struggle, and the key to the liberation of Palestine.
Over 10,000 of our prisoners are held by the zionist entity, subjected to systematic starvation, brutal assault, and relentless torture.
Since October 7, their conditions have drastically worsened, with at least 89 Palestinian prisoners ascending to martyrdom. The situation will only further escalate following the passage of the law authorizing the execution of prisoners.
Join us in taking to the streets to demand an end to the ongoing aggression against all our people—from Gaza to Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq—and the liberation of every single prisoner in the dungeons of the zionist entity.
