Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Have Children In Cages. Where is the outrage?

Wednesday, February 24, 2021. New York City – The Barack Obama and Joe Biden administration built cages for immigrants. Obama and Biden had women, men and children in cages. Most democrats did not say anything about it.

During the Donald Trump and Mike Pence administration, democrats said they were against the government having immigrants in cages. Democrats used the hashtag #ChildrenInCages and #KidsInCages to attack Trump.

Democrats are hypocrites. They said they were against having kids in cages but ex president Barack Obama and ex vicepresidente Joe Biden had children in cages and today, president Joe Biden and vice president Kamala Harris have children in cages.

Moustafa Bayoumi wrote the article “Biden is locking up migrant children. Will the world still care with Trump gone?” on The Guardian. Part of the article says, “This week, the Biden administration did the unthinkable. They reopened a Trump-era detention site for migrant children. The detention center, a reconverted camp for oil field workers in Carrizo Springs, Texas, is expected to hold 700 children between the ages of 13 and 17, and dozens of kids have already arrived there.”

“It’s unnecessary, it’s costly, and it goes absolutely against everything [President] Biden promised he was going to do. It’s a step backward, is what it is. It’s a huge step backward,” said Linda Brandmiller, a San Antonio-based immigration lawyer who represents unaccompanied minors.

These cages for children are located in a far-flung location away from public view. The Biden and Harris administration do not want people and the media to know and talk about this detention center.

“This is done deliberately to shelve these children in places that are not only not readily accessible, but not accessible at all to anyone who cares about the quality of life of these kids, and whether or not they comply with the federal law,” said Linda Brandmiller.

Those children in Texas should be happy because “the lesser of two evils” have them in cages.

Thousands of immigrants have been deported and expelled by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

According to the organization United We Dream, 26,248 is the number of confirmed deportations under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris (last updated: Tuesday, February 16, 2021). “Under the Biden-Harris Administration’s watch, deportations are taking place daily, despite a promise to stop deportations. This administration must prioritize the safety and healing of immigrant communities – and that means stopping deportations. Join us and take action!,” says United We Dream.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have spent Black History Month deporting Black immigrants.

“The Biden administration has spent Black History Month deporting Black immigrants. Why aren’t people in the streets?” by Tina Vásquez

“We are demanding that the Biden administration welcome asylum-seekers with dignity. We demand a pathway to permanent and legal residency for [Temporary Protected Status] holders, [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] recipients, and other undocumented people. We are demanding they reinstate diversity visas. We are asking that the Biden administration take a deeper look at the root causes of migration for Black immigrants. There has been a five-year conflict in Cameroon. We have slavery in Mauritania. An earthquake in Haiti killed hundreds of thousands of people and left millions homeless. There have also been storms and continued political turmoil forcing people to leave. LGBTQ people are fleeing Jamaica. Black immigrants are among the most vulnerable and we always have a target on our back and it has been no different under Biden.”_

If you keep voting for democrats, then you will get the same results. What is the option? Donate, support, vote for Green Party candidates. One of those Green Party candidates is Kenneth Mejia in los Angeles, California.
