Begins at Franklin Avenue and Bergen Street (in the Crown Heights / Prospect Heights area, known locally as Little Panamá), proceeds along Franklin Avenue to President Street, and heads toward Eastern Parkway.

Features international marching bands, traditional folkloric dance groups, colorful floats, and food vendors celebrating Panamanian heritage.
