Lenapehoking (New York City) – The rally and march “STOP THE WAR ON IRAN!” in Manahatta (Manhattan), New York City, was organized by the ANSWER Coalition, The People’s Forum, Party for Socialism and Liberation, Palestinian Youth Movement, and other organizations on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

After the rally in Union Square, pro-PEACE New Yorkers marched to Herald Square, near the Empire State Building, in Middletown Manhattan, where they ended the protest (click here for more protests in New York City).
Anti-zionist Jews of the organization Neturei Karta International (nkusa.org) attended the peaceful pro-PEACE protest.
The ANSWER Coalition has videos about the protest “STOP THE WAR ON IRAN!” in different cities in the United States of America.
“Right now in Union Square, everyday New Yorkers are gathering to voice the opinion of millions across the United States and around the world who reject the callous and unjust U.S.–Israeli war on Iran—a war against peace and against the people of the world,” said The People’s Forum on March 7, 2026.
The People’s Forum added, “NOW IN NYC: People are standing up against the Trump administration’s brutal war on Iran which has killed thousands, including hundreds of children, and cost billions of US tax payer dollars, all while people struggle to make ends meet inside the U.S. The people of the U.S. say no more!”
Protesters said stop the war on Iran, chanting: “Trump says more war, we say no more!”
“The people of NYC gather at Union Square to protest the US-Israeli war on Iran that has killed thousands across Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran.
This war is a clear infringement on the self-determination of our people and we will not allow the US and Israel to strengthen their hegemony on the region without fighting back,” said the Palestinian Youth Movement on March 7, 2026.
While people were marching, The People’s Forum said, “The Trump administration is threatening ground invasion on the people of Iran further ignoring the overwhelmingly anti-war demands of millions of people in the United States and across the world. Protestors in New York say it clear; NO WAR ON IRAN!”
While people were marching, the Palestinian Youth Movement said, “HANDS OF IRAN! HANDS OFF LEBANON!
The people of New York are marching in the hundreds through the streets to demand an end to the US-Israeli war of aggression on Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine. This war has costed U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars and the People of New York completely reject this.
We won’t stop fighting until all of our people are free from Western hegemony, until hands are off Iran, and until Palestine is free from the River to the Sea.”
“Today in NYC, ordinary New Yorkers joined millions worldwide in rejecting the unjust U.S.–Israeli war on Iran and speaking out for peace and for the people,” said The People’s Forum while people were marching through the streets of New York City.
“Iran and the entire Middle East has been thrown into chaos as the Trump administration and Israel unleash a massive bombing campaign that has already claimed hundreds of lives. The people of this country overwhelmingly oppose the attack, but that opposition needs to be expressed in the streets so it is impossible to ignore. Join a protest this Saturday (March 7) to make your voice heard!
Initial co-sponsors of the action include: ANSWER Coalition, The People’s Forum, Palestinian Youth Movement, National Iranian-American Council, Black Alliance for Peace, Democratic Socialists of America, American Muslims for Palestine, and CODEPINK.
Already, U.S. service members have died in this new war for the profits of oil corporations and weapons manufacturers. And huge loss of life is taking place constantly in Iran, including the horrific bombing of a girls’ elementary school that claimed over 160 lives.
Trump has made it clear that he is willing to pursue his regime change war against Iran “for as long as it takes”. The administration has expressed that it is open to a “boots on the ground” invasion that would push the death and destruction to new heights. Let’s take a stand and stop the war on Iran!,” said the ANSWER Coalition on March 2, 2026.
“Over 1000 people have been killed already by the U.S. and Israel’s war on Iran—including over 100 children as they sat in their elementary school.
The people of the U.S. overwhelmingly oppose the war, but that opposition needs to be expressed in the streets so it is impossible to ignore.
