Anti-genocide, pro-migrants, anti-ICE New Yorkers demand that the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) and New York City mayor, Democratic Socialist of America (DSA) Zohran Kwame Mamdani evict Crye Precision and permanently ban military and deportation contractors from operating on public, city-owned property.

Demilitarize Brooklyn Navy Yard (DBNY) has targeted tactical gear manufacturer Crye Precision, labeling it “genocide and deportation profiteer” for supplying equipment to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the yankee military, and the IOF*.

After 17 months of protesting, in February 2026, Demilitarize Brooklyn Navy Yard forced the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation to evict weapons manufacturer, Easy Aerial, supplier of U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF), Elbit Systems, United States Department of Defense (DoD), and Israel Aero Industries.

Peaceful pro-Palestine, anti-genocide, pro-peace, anti-war demonstrators have staged ongoing pickets, noise demonstrations, and blockades at the Brooklyn Navy Yard entrances, leading to multiple arrests by New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers.

The landlord of the genocide profiteer and deportation profiteer company Crye Precision is the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC), which manages the city-owned industrial park.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani appoints members to the Brooklyn Navy Yard board and exerts political influence or leverage over the municipal property, the non-profit corporation itself holds and manages the leases.

BNYDC’s bylaws allow the mayor Zohran Mamdani to appoint up to 29 members, including as many as 25 discretionary appointees who serve at the mayor’s pleasure. The mayor may also remove members with or without cause. Even though BNYDC itself is the landlord of Crye Precision, that structure gives Mamdani “real leverage” over such decisions.

Lindsay Greene is the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation president and CEO, whom mayor Zohran Mamdani reappointed in July 2026. She was first appointed by former NYC mayor, zionist, corrupt Eric Adams in February 2022. She became the first Black woman and first LGBTQ person to lead the Corporation. Is Lindsay Greene a zionist?

Mayor Zohran Mamdani also reappointed NYPD Commissioner, zionist Jessica Tisch. She was first appointed by zionist Eric Adams in 2024. Mamdani announced in November 2025 that she would stay on after he took office on January 1, 2026.

Deportation Profiteering: Demilitarize Brooklyn Navy Yard states that Crye Precision manufactures uniforms and tactical gear used by ICE agents, whom are terrorizing and kidnapping immigrants.

Genocide Profiteering: Crye Precision is targeted for supplying camouflage and tactical equipment to the Israel, zionist military, amid ongoing protests over the Israel genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine and Lebanon.

Public Subsidies: Campaigners criticize Brooklyn Navy Yard and New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani for allowing Crye Precision to operate on public land, pointing to millions of dollars in rent and construction incentives provided through the industrial park.

The genocide profiteer and deportation profiteer company Crye Precision has been at the Brooklyn Navy Yard since 2002.

Israel Occupation Forces (IOF)* is a term used by Palestinians, human rights organizations, Palestine supporters and others to refer to the military personnel of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The term IOF seeks to emphasize the role of the zionist, terrorist army in Palestine and Lebanon.
